Butler Manor's cancellation policy:
Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to reservation date or a $25 cancellation
fee will be charged. A "no-call, no-show" or cancellations seven days or less from your
reservation date will be charged the full rate of their reservation.
We regret we cannot be responsible for unpredictable circumstances.
A two-night minimum stay preferred.
Two night minimum required for Suite & Shoji Room.
(One night reservations subject to being "bumped" to another room in favor of a two
night or more stay.
A one-night reservation may also upgrade to another room if available at arrival.)
