Planning a traditional church wedding. Butler Manor is the perfect place to end your
perfect day. We can easily accommodate up to 150 guests for a casually elegant
reception in our 9,000 square foot manor house and on our beautiful private grounds.
Your event will be the talk of the town as you and your special someone celebrate your
new life together. Then after your guests have gone, retire to our spacious Honeymoon
Suite for a day, a week or a month! With 1,000 square feet of comfortable luxury, you
may never wish to leave!

Wedding & Reception Only (2 hours/up to 20 people), includes minister. $700 (accommodation not included.)
The “I Do Too”
Event Policies:   A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for all event reservations. Balance of event must be paid in full one
week prior to ceremony (except for elopement packages, which may be paid upon checkout). Two weeks cancellation is required for room
reservations, minister and  catering orders or party assumes responsibility of food costs and any other rented, contracted or purchased
items connected with event and accommodation reservations.
Events must not exceed contracted time, unless approved by management. Prices do not include applicable local & state taxes.
Consultations with event coordinator/innkeeper must be conducted during business hours and by appointment only. Three gratis
consultations per event.

All set up & tear down for contracted event is the responsibility of wedding party unless labor is contracted with Butler Manor. Caterers
will be responsible for set up/clean up of all food and/or preparation/serving areas.

Reserving party agrees to assume responsibility for any and all damages to Butler Manor and it’s property in connection with event.
Butler Manor and it’s agents will not be responsible for any and all accidents, loss, theft etc. in connection with event, whether by
accident, act of nature or design.

Wedding, package and service prices are subject to change if not under contract.

Wedding license is responsibility of wedding couple. Arkansas laws do apply.

Reservations canceled 7-14 days prior to reservation date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. A "no-call, no-show" or cancellations
7 days or less from your reservation date will be charged the full rate of the reservation. Spa services must be cancelled 24 hours prior
to appointment or service will be charged.
All event reservations subject to "Event Policies".
We regret we cannot be responsible for any and all unpredictable circumstances.
A two-night minimum stay preferred February thru October.
Two night minimum required for Suite & Shoji Room.
(One night reservations subject to being "bumped" to another room in favor of a two night or more stay.
A one-night reservation may also upgrade to another room if available at arrival.)
