cancellation policy:
Room Reservations canceled 7-14 days prior to reservation date will forfeit $50 of their reservation fee.
Reservation Fee based on type of reservation; add-ons; extras; event type, etc.
A "no-call, no-show" or cancellations 7 days or less from your reservation date will be charged the full rate of the reservation.
Spa services must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment or service will be charged.
All event reservations subject to "Event Policies".

A two-night minimum stay preferred February thru October.
Two night minimum required for Suite & Shoji Room.
One night reservations subject to being "bumped" to another room in favor of a ttwo night or more stay.
A one-night reservation may also upgrade to another room if available at arrival.

We are a non-smoking establishment. If you smoke in the room, there will be a $250 charge. No exceptions.
